The questions people ask first
Is the SIM really free?
Yes. You pay for credit, we send you the SIM. Once it is active it carries the £2.00 monthly access fee like any other SIM, and data comes out of your credit at published rates.
What happens when my credit runs out?
Top up whenever you want. Credit does not expire, so anything you have already paid for stays on your account indefinitely.
Is this a limited version of the platform?
No. It is the production platform. Same mobile core, same controls, same isolation. There is no feature that appears when you buy more SIMs.
Do I have to talk to anyone?
No. Account, credit, SIM, configuration and support tooling are all self-serve. We are here if you want us, and there is no point in the process where you are made to wait for us.
Can I scale up from here?
Directly. Order more SIMs whenever you need them at the same published rates. If the numbers get large enough to be worth a conversation, we will have one, but you never have to.
Physical SIM or eSIM?
Either, and both work identically. eSIM QR codes are delivered the moment you pay, so you can be connected in minutes. Physical SIMs ship the same day.
What if I need more than one?
Order more whenever you want at published rates, or move to one of the packs in the store. Developer Starter is two SIMs, Team Pack is five, Enterprise Starter is ten, each with credit included. Same platform throughout, so nothing needs rebuilding as you grow.
