How does the eSIM work?
The RUT241 has a built-in eUICC chip compliant with the SGP.22 specification. You can load up to 7 eSIM profiles onto it via Teltonika's RMS, the device's WebUI, or by scanning an activation QR. One is active at a time; switching is a configuration change.
Can I use a SIMSY eSIM with it?
Yes. Get the SIM pack with the eSIM option selected at checkout; we send the activation QR to your email. Scan into the router or load via RMS for a fleet roll-out.
What's the difference between this and the standard RUT241?
This is the eSIM-enabled variant. The standard RUT241 is physical-SIM only — same hardware otherwise. We stock the eSIM variant by default; ask if you specifically need the physical-only model.
Does it ship with a SIM?
No — hardware only. The Developer Starter (2 SIMs) is a common pairing for small deployments; pick eSIM at checkout for fastest activation.
What's the warranty?
24 months manufacturer warranty from Teltonika. We handle returns and exchanges through the SIMSY shop.
